2. Back Extension

Now stretch your arms over head and fall towards the wall to land your palms on the wall. After getting into this angled position, the next thing you need to do is rise up on your toes and crawl your hands up the wall. Both these actions need to be done simultaneously. In this position, your body would be elongated enough to present a side view of a straight line. You need to hold yourself in this position for 25 to 30 seconds and then reverse it slowly.
